Co-Director Brett shares one of his go-to meatless recipes, Chickpea Burgers from Nora Cooks.
1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
2 Tbsp Tahini or Peanut Butter
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup red onion
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup chopped cilantro or parsley (optional)

Smash the chickpeas, combine everything together, and form into patties. Pan fry or bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes at 350.
